Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Deliver End-2-End Sourcing for defined stakeholder from Engineering-, REFS- and Quality department: Managing the tender process including all negotiation steps.
•Contracting: Contract drafting based on agreed templates. Full terms and conditions or contractual terms negotiation. Contract review and contract content approvals coordination, signature process initiation and monitoring (ink, electronic). Contract archiving in the global standard contract management system.
• Project Buying for large Capital Expense projects; Working closely with internal and external engineering in order to execute the Sourcing strategy according to a defined Project Procurement Plan.
• Successful implementation of global, regional and country projects across categories & functions, support stakeholder alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as key contact for stakeholders in the area of responsibility. Build effective relationships of mutual trust and understanding.
• Leads sourcing plan implementation in area of responsibility through: change planning, negotiation, contract development, etc.
• Actively contribute to the identification of business opportunities resulting in process improvement and savings generation.
• Support the Cluster/Country Procurement Head in leading the Source-2-Co.
• Accountable productivity/cost efficiency targets in their area of responsibility.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University/Advanced degree in Business Administration/Economics/Engineering/Logistics is required.
• Fluent spoken and written German and English. Other foreign languages nice to have.
• > 5 years of experience of working in procurement (technical operations preferred).
• Proven experience in spend reporting, analysis and optimization. Experience with eSourcing tools.
• Basic legal knowledge.
• Good understanding of Procurement business processes such as Tactical Buying, Catalogue Management, Contract Management, Supplier Setup and Procurement Operations.
• Excellent communication, people management, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to ensure service focus across a complex people intensive and functionally dispersed organization.
• Advanced Analytical & Conceptual thinking, organizational skills, results oriented and proactive way of work.

Possible job locations: Czech Republic and Poland.
