Summary
As a Patient Safety & POP Governance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Patient Oriented Programs are delivered with the highest standards of integrity, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Working across diverse stakeholders, you will influence strategic decision-making, strengthen governance frameworks, and help create a culture where patient safety, ethical practices, and operational excellence are at the forefront of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of the local Patient Oriented Program governance framework across assigned countries.
- Provide expert guidance and training to associates throughout the program lifecycle.
- Oversee governance, monitoring, and compliance activities for Patient Oriented Programs.
- Chair the local governance board and ensure timely review of program-related matters.
- Identify compliance risks and implement effective mitigation and control measures.
- Support audits, inspections, self-assessments, and issue escalation when required.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive governance strategy and program excellence.
- Contribute to global initiatives, standards, policies, and governance improvement projects.
- Ensure appropriate pharmacovigilance requirements are incorporated into local agreements and programs
- Promote Novartis values while fostering a culture of quality, integrity, and patient safety.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Medical or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in patient safety, pharmacovigilance, healthcare compliance, or quality governance.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory, ethical, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and local language proficiency.
