About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Drive asset reliability improvements through data-driven maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate GMP documentation, standard operating procedures, maintenance records, and compliance logs.
- Manage maintenance activities and work orders using SAP Plant Maintenance and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Support equipment projects, commissioning activities, upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate vendors, safety requirements, and daily maintenance activities to ensure efficient site operations.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Up to 5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of pumps, agitators, vessels, piping systems, and industrial equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
- Exposure to sterile, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn, embrace new technologies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with asset reliability principles, predictive maintenance practices, SAP, or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.

- Comfortable working with artificial intelligence-enabled tools and embracing new technologies to improve ways of working.
