Kot Raziskovalec analitik v MS&T (ž/m/d) boste pod vodstvom vodje oddelka oblikovali, načrtovali, izvajali in interpretirali analitske eksperimente, ter o njih poročali. Tako boste prispevali k splošnim strategijam in ciljem funkcije MS&T (Proizvodna znanost in tehnologija), skladno z zakonodajo, internimi predpisi, dobrimi praksami in poslovnimi cilji.

We are seeking a Scientist Analyst MS&T (f/m/d). In this role, you will design, plan, perform, interpret and report analytical experiments under the lead of the department head to contribute to overall MS&T strategies and objectives, in accordance with legislation, internal rules, good practices and business objectives.
About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Načrtuje, izvaja in dokumentira analize in poskuse za dodeljene produkte iz naslova razvoja analitskih metod, transferjev procesov in izboljšave procesov.
- Vrednoti in uvaja najsodobnejše tehnologije (laboratorijske metode, tehnike), optimizira obstoječe analitske metode, prispeva k razvoju novih metod in reproducira objavjene metode.
- Z načrtovanjem in izvajanjem analiz in poskusov, analizo podatkov in tolmačenjem rezultatov nudi podporo ustreznim funkcijam.
- Načrtuje in izvaja analize in poskuse v podporo poizkusni proizvodnji / prenosom metod ter dokumentira rezultate v ustreznih poročilih.
- Sodeluje v aktivnostih prenosa novih tehnologij.
- Zagotavlja strokovno usposabljanje za osebje v proizvodnji, pri tem pa uporablja opremo v laboratorijskih in pilotnih objektih.
- Ravnanje v skladu z veljavnimi predpisi GxP, splošnimi postopki, ZVO, ISEC in drugimi smernicami Novartisa v laboratoriju.
- Podpora, kvalifikacija in kalibracija laboratorijske / pilotne opreme z ustrezno dokumentacijo. Časovno načrtovanje in izvedba rednega vzdrževanja.
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
- Univerzitetna diploma ali magisterij kemijske, farmacevtske, biološke, ali druge ustrezne naravoslovne smeri.
- Aktivno znanje angleškega in osnovno znanje slovenskega jezika.
- Poznavanje orodja Microsoft Office.
Zaželene izkušnje:
- Predhodne izkušnje z delom s tekočinsko kromatografijo in masno spektrometrijo so prednost.
Z izbranim kandidatom bomo sklenili delovno razmerje za določen čas enega leta s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev.

Your key responsibilities:
- Plans, executes, and documents analyses and experiments for assigned products in the context of analytical method development, process transfers, and process improvements.
- Evaluates and introduces the latest technologies (laboratory methods, techniques), optimizes existing analytical methods, contributes to the development of new methods, and reproduces published methods.
- By planning and conducting analyses and experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting results, provides support to relevant functions.
- Plans and conducts analyses and experiments to support trial production/method transfers and documents results in appropriate reports.
- Participates in activities related to the transfer of new technologies.
- Provides professional training for production staff, using equipment in laboratory and pilot facilities.
- Operates in accordance with applicable GxP regulations, general procedures, HSE, ISEC, and other Novartis guidelines in the laboratory.
- Supports, qualifies, and calibrates laboratory/pilot equipment with appropriate documentation. Plans and performs regular maintenance.
What you will bring to the role:
- University degree or master's degree in chemistry, pharmacy, biology, or other relevant natural sciences.
- Active knowledge of English and basic knowledge of Slovenian.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Desired requirements:
- Previous experience with liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry is an advantage.
