About the Role
主な役割責任
- ローカルビジネスとグローバルITの技術的背景の両方を理解することにより、両組織間の円滑なコミュニケーションを確保します
- 関連するローカルビジネスの利害関係者、スーパーユーザー、およびグローバルITサービス組織を巻き込むことにより、ITサービスの円滑な運用(変更/インシデント/問題管理など)を確保します。
- 検証とテスト(OQ、PQ、UAT)でビジネスをサポートします。
- スコーピング、プロジェクト/機能追加のフィットギャップワークショップをサポートし、主要なギャップの解決策を提案し、工数の見積もりとビジネスチームとの調整を提供します
- 監査/ 情報セキュリティ評価の調査結果と推奨事項への適切な対応を確保する
- インフラストラクチャチームと効果的に連携することにより、クライアントPC、サーバー、ネットワークなどのITインフラストラクチャに関するビジネス要件を満たします。
- スーパーユーザーがグローバル スタンダードの手順に従ってトレーニングを受けられるようにし、エンド ユーザーのトレーニングでスーパー ユーザーをサポートする
必須要件
- 学歴不問
- 流暢な日本語、英語でのコミュニケーションが可能であること
- 製薬または工場IT実務経験 5年以上 （GMPに関する知識）
- グローバルなマトリックス組織での就業経験をお持ちであること
望ましい要件:
- 情報システム、コンピューターサイエンス、または同等の技術分野の学位があれば望ましい
- プロジェクトマネージャーなどチームリードの経験をお持ちであること
