As Manager, Global Funds Flow, you will play a critical role in shaping financial insights, governance, and decision support across global Funds Flow activities. This role partners closely with Finance, BPA, FRA, Tax, and business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making, strengthen Transfer Pricing and Funds Flow governance, and support strategic priorities across the organization.
You will combine strong financial acumen, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder partnering capabilities to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. About the Role
Key Requirements
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis activities related to global Funds Flow operations.
- Partner with Finance, BPA, FRA, Tax, and business stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Support Funds Flow governance, Transfer Pricing processes, financial reviews, and business performance analysis.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, financial models, and management reports that highlight key trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Conduct scenario modelling and ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and leadership decisions.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of month-end reporting, planning cycles, forecasts, and management reports.
- Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and reporting.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and serve as a proactive finance advisor by providing insights and constructive challenge.
- Collaborate effectively across Finance, Tax, BPA, FRA, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Manage multiple priorities and independently deliver high-quality results in a complex global matrix environment.
Essential Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Minimum 6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance Business Partnering, Funds Flow, Transfer Pricing, or related finance functions.
- Strong understanding of Funds Flow, Transfer Pricing principles, intercompany accounting, and related governance processes. Proven experience partnering with global stakeholders within a multinational and matrixed environment.
- Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights. Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior finance and business leaders. Experience supporting corporate finance, global finance operations, shared services, or similar global finance organizations.
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvement or operational excellence. Commitment to high standards of financial integrity, compliance, and governance.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with finance transformation, automation, digital finance, or reporting simplification initiatives.
- Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries. Experience developing executive-level financial dashboards and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of advanced scenario modelling, business case development, and strategic financial analysis.
- Experience leveraging digital, analytics, or visualization tools to improve financial decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for innovation, simplification, and continuous improvement.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships across global and cross-functional teams.
