Profile Details

Purpose

The role is part of Network and Infrastructure Security Operations. Candidate should be able to manage multiple high-visibility and high-impact enterprise cybersecurity projects and activities with cross-functional teams while maintaining superior results including planning, development and management of technical requirements, design, testing and deployment of security solutions. Demonstrate ability to seamlessly switch from executive-level risk conversations to driving high level, strategic discussions around roadmaps and security solutions.

Major Accountabilities

In addition to accountabilities listed above in Job Purpose:

• Oversee end to end delivery of dedicated systems, tools or applications ensuring stability, integrity and business continuity
• Champion significant projects and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity to meet the agreed standards
• Collaborate with CSOC in support of Cybersecurity Threat Monitoring from deployed toolsets
• Streamline and/or simply Ops tasks with automation
• Effectively manage global security tool deployment and drive remediation efforts wherever necessary
• Engage respective service lines and application managers to carry out corrective actions
• Coordinate / manage major incidents with relevant stakeholders, if required
• Ability to lead external resources covering BAU to drive service improvements under Security Operations
• Oversee problem management and drive identification of root causes as well as sufficient prevention of recurrences
• Ensure adherence to documented operational procedures to maintain system integrity
• Creation and upkeep of operational service documentation
• Adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Security Operations service scope

Additional Specifications

• 10 plus years of IT security experience with preferred area of Data Protection and Endpoint Security
• Strong proficiency in DLP, AV, EDR, Data Masking solutions
• Prior experience with Microsoft products including but not limited to Purview, Microsoft DLP, Defender, Microsoft Information Protection (MIP)
• Understanding of scripting languages for collaboration on automation demands
• Background in Security Operations, processes, solutions and technologies
• Strong skills in presentation and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in identifying and mitigating security risks
• Partner with senior management, compliance, architecture, application, infrastructure and internal teams within Security Operations
• Clear thinker and expert in dealing with ambiguity. Align solutions to the needs of our customers and business partners.
• Ability to thrive in fast paced, technologically forward leaning environment and are not afraid to push the boundaries of security capabilities.
• Consistently deliver on commitments, deadlines and objectives on multiple priorities
