We are looking for experienced Manufacturing professionals to help us reach our ambitious goals. As a Production Lead you will be responsible for directing the daily activities of a team of Production Technicians manufacturing Radioligand Therapies. You will be accountable for ensuring on-time and cost-effective production delivery while maintaining a culture of safety, quality, diversity, and inclusion.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the training and development of Production Technicians and provide feedback on performance.
  • Ensure batches are executed in compliance with cGMP expectations, Aseptic best practices, and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Identify, support, and implement process improvements.
  • Author and review Standard Operating Procedures that pertain to Production-related activities.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, communication skills along with problem solving and follow-up skills are required.
  • Maintain an “audit ready” production area. Assist with internal pre-audits walkthroughs, cGMP housekeeping and general organization and upkeep of manufacturing spaces.

Additional Specifications:

  • This position will involve wearing protective clothing and working in a Manufacturing Grade C clean room environment.
  • This position has the potential for weekend shift work/overtime as needed.

Shift:  This role is Monday-Friday, AM Shift.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry or other science related field preferred
  • Near vision performance should be the equivalent of 20/20 with no impairment of color vision. The use of corrective lenses to achieve the desired visual acuity is permitted.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor operators on the manufacturing floor in a sterile cleanroom environment. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a cGMP Biopharmaceutical environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a process support floor role in cGMP manufacturing

Desirable requirements:

  • Radio Pharma Experience highly desired

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $40.38 to $60.57/hour; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
