About the role: We are looking for experienced and passionate professional to help us achieve our ambitious mission to reach twice as patients twice as fast. As Demand Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the Sales and Business Planning Process, pursuing consensus forecasting and collaborative planning with various stakeholders throughout the organization. The role reports directly into the SCM Life Cycle Manager and will work closely with the Business Teams, Trade, Supply Planning, Customer relations, W&D, Business Insights, Medical and BPA teams.

About the Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Sales and Business Planning Process (S&BP) including forecasting sales data and setting performance goals.
  • Ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
  • Leveraging from data analytics, review forecast demand versus actual sales, understanding changes and trends.
  • Analyze and compare sales performance, forecast and financial targets to ensure short- and long-term visibility, support financial projections, assess gaps and opportunities, provide strategies and solutions to meet targets.
  • Lead, coordinate, and produce all relevant SCM reports, ensuring S&BP monthly process completeness according to S&BP global guidelines.
  • Responsible to collect reports and intelligence from internal and external stakeholders, consolidate and design analytics based on the collected data; and share insights cross-functionally to enable data-driven decisions and improve overall supply and finance performance.
  • Develop action plans. Provide expertise in response to internal inquiries to enable alignment. Advise our internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence in inventory management, maximizing customer service level and eliminating Write-off risks.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience of statistical methods, data analysis, S&BP process, and ERP Forecasting Systems.
  • University Degree (Business/Supply Chain/Finance/Economics/ Engineering).
  • Knowledge in Business insights or Finance compelling data analytics skills.
  • Leadership with proven problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a team player and pro-active attitude.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data analytics platforms.
  • Bilingualism   –   Oral   and   Written:  English   and French (Quebec only).

Desirable Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of pharmaceutical experience
  • Experience with Kinaxis, SAP S/4 and BPC
