About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Create daily reports on upcoming deliveries and their status for proactive identification of potential issues.
- Develop and maintain mapping of different delivery lanes to optimize routing and efficiency.
- Investigate and analyze late or failed deliveries to identify root causes and propose solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Monitor flights carrying deliveries to ensure timely and efficient transportation, as well as prepare ad hoc and regular reports on logistics metrics.
- Perform checks to ensure compliance with FDA regulations for released products.
Minimum Requirements:
- Formal education or previous experience in the fields of Science, Industrial Engineering, Planning or similar.
- English proficiency plus local language knowledge needed.
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Familiarized with data management in a global environment.
