Technical Business Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions

Key responsibilities:

• Define the strategic approach to migrate data / applications on M&A deals, ensuring minimal disruption and compatibility.

• Define the transition disposition strategy options & the high-level transition activities process flows

• Work with demand functions to define the business data collection approach and collect information to support the data / application disposition & plan

• Define the execution plan and ensure readiness of target environments

• Responsible for detailed design, development and delivery of system solutions for a specific business or technology area in alignment defined solution architecture and create the detailed process designs necessary to operate the software/service on a day-to-day basis

• Take accountability for delivery of projects / use cases for a specific business or technology area

• Ensure peer review and sign off detailed designs by Mergers and Acquisition leads

• Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope

• Individual contributor with responsibility for high to medium sized complexity of projects

• Build a strong partnership with the M&A technology strategists

Essential requirements:

• Experience as Technical Business Analyst

• Experience in Business Architecture, IT Systems Design, Systems Integration.

• Data migration in large scale M&A deals.

• Customer Requirements.

• Problem solving and Critical Thinking.

• Strong communication ckills, ability to influence without authority and collaborate across boundaries.

• People Leadership and ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix.

• Project Management.
