About the Role
Key Requirements:
BPC MD Governance and Integration: Develop and implement robust integration processes to ensure that any changes to Master Data in BPC are seamlessly reflected in other downstream systems and processes, with a specific focus on AI forecasting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Data Science, to understand data dependencies and establish efficient integration workflows.
BPC Data Governance: Define and enforce data governance policies for BPC, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across the organization.
Implement and manage data quality checks and validation processes to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
System Performance & Leaner Data structures: Work with cross functional IT teams to understand impact of various upgrades on system performance. Closely monitor system performance during MEC and plan submissions. Ensure Data structures are leaner.
Backup and Cleanup Policies: Formulate and implement policies for regular data backup in BPC.
Establish and enforce data cleanup procedures to maintain optimal performance and prevent the accumulation of obsolete data in the BPC system.
AI Data in BPC: Collaborate closely with Pred fin teams and ensure AI data in BPC is loaded on timely and accurate. Act as Spoc for Pred Fin teams.
Essential Requirements:
Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and analyze data.
Change management expertise to drive user adoption and manage resistance to system
Problem‐solving orientation with the ability to address challenges and find innovative
Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and technology advancements.
Desirable Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Specialist, or in a similar role with a strong focus on SAP BPC solutions.
In‐depth knowledge of SAP BPC functionalities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
Strong understanding of financial concepts, processes, and reporting requirements. Familiarity with SAP technologies, data integration, and reporting tools.
Project management skills to lead SAP BPC implementation projects and coordinate
