About the Role
Senior Analyst - Provider MDM
Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
Major accountabilities:
- Support Provider MDM strategy by aligning initiatives with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Help establish governance, standards, and best practices across HCP, HCO, and Product data domains.
- Review deliverables, support team processes, and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with stewardship teams to manage curation workflows, exceptions, and data quality processes.
- Translate Provider business rules into standardized operational logic for consistent execution.
- Collaborate with SMEs and vendors to resolve data discrepancies and maintain quality standards.
- Strengthen data quality through profiling, validation, monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis.
- Support downstream consumers by ensuring consistent mastered data delivery, matching logic, hierarchy validation, and process optimization.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Essential Requirements:
- 4–6 years of data management experience with strong expertise in MDM and ELT/ETL development.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and orchestration tools such as Airflow or ADF.
- Skilled in designing ingestion and transformation pipelines for large healthcare datasets.
- Experience implementing data quality, profiling, validation, logging, and alerting frameworks.
- Good understanding of Provider, plan, and PBM concepts.
- Ability to lead data initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, automation, multitasking, and deadline-management skills
