The Associate Director, Value Realization is responsible for ensuring strategic transformation initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable business outcomes. This role partners closely with Engine Leads, Finance, business stakeholders, Delivery teams, and Transformation leaders to establish value frameworks, validate benefits, and provide transparency into realized impact.
The successful candidate will help ensure business investments translate into meaningful financial and operational results while driving a culture of accountability and value-based decision-making.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead value realization activities for assigned transformation programs from business case development through benefit validation.
  • Translate strategic objectives into measurable financial and non-financial value cases.
  • Define benefit baselines, ownership models, assumptions, KPIs, and realization plans.
  • Monitor and report forecasted, committed, delivered, validated, and sustained value.
  • Identify value leakage, benefit slippage, duplication, and risks, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support governance reviews with evidence-based insights and benefit realization reporting.
  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate outcomes and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Strengthen enterprise value realization capabilities through standardized methodologies, templates, benchmarks, and best practices.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Healthcare, Operations, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy, consulting, finance, operational excellence, portfolio management, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience building business cases and measuring financial and non-financial benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working in complex matrix organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and drive evidence-based decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or large enterprise transformation environments preferred.
