Enable and drive ethical business conduct through effective implementation of the ERC program (Local training, Disseminate policy/guidelines, remediation, and communication). And continuously seek opportunities to simplify NPKK’s rules and SOPs to support principles-based decision making by associates.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and provide effective training for the Business Team on business conduct standards including Code of Ethics, Doing Business Ethically, FTC code, Conflict of Interest, EPRM.
- Conducts ongoing needs analysis with key stakeholders and franchise advisors to identify and confirm training and development gaps and opportunities.
- Develop core curriculum which addresses all relevant laws and regulations as well as integrate solutions derived from other elements of Compliance Program
- Ensure all training is completed and adequate records maintained.
- Support the business team to take remedial actions for deviations from MHLW Guideline and findings identified by various kind of monitoring, such as local moni-toring internal audit, central monitoring.
- Global projects (policies & systems) local roll out in an effective, collaborative, and timely manner
- Provide consultation for associates to conduct digital engagements properly from the ERC perspective.
- Support development of appropriate digital governance (Support Digital Govern-ance Champion and its governance body)
- Support digital Expand and spread ERC digital content
Essential Requirements
- University Degree in business, law, finance or science
- +5 years’ business experiences in total
- +5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical Industry
- Japanese – Fluent, English – Business level
Desirable Requirements:
- Providing training experience
- Establishing internal rules experience is a plus

- 倫理規範、倫理的にビジネスを行う、FTCコード、利益相反、EPRMを含むビジネス行動基準に関する効果的なトレーニングを計画し、ビジネスチームに提供する。
- 主要なステークホルダーやフランチャイズアドバイザーと継続的なニーズ分析を行い、トレーニングや能力開発のギャップや機会を特定・確認する。
- コンプライアンス・プログラムの他の要素から派生したソリューションを統合するだけでなく、すべての関連法規に対応するコア・カリキュラムを開発する。
- すべてのトレーニングが完了し、適切な記録が維持されていることを確認する。
- 厚生労働省ガイドラインからの逸脱や、内部監査、中央モニタリングなどの各種モニタリングで指摘された事項に対する改善措置の実施。
- グローバルプロジェクト(方針・システム)の現地展開を、効果的、協調的、タイムリーに行う。
- ERCの観点から、社員がデジタルエンゲージメントを適切に実施するための相談を受ける。
- 適切なデジタルガバナンスの構築支援する(デジタルガバナンスチャンピオンとその機関の支援)
- デジタル支援 ERCデジタルコンテンツの拡大・普及させる
必須要件
- ビジネス、法律、金融、科学のいずれかの大卒以上
- 通算5年以上のビジネス経験
- 研究志向の製薬会社での経験5年以上
- 日本語-流暢、英語-ビジネスレベル (Training material が英語)

- 社内ルール構築経験あれば尚可
