About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Performing feasibility and development of novel dosage forms to establish new formulation platforms for subcutaneous drug delivery.
- Developing and assessing performance of novel process technologies for product improvement
- Analytical characterization of material properties to improve formulation and process
- Planning, performing, interpreting experiments and regularly aligning with our experts in the field according to project goals and milestones
- Be an accountable contributor to increase formulation understanding and accelerate product development timelines by conducting experiments and presenting results in internal meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Recent M.Sc. graduate or enrolled Master Student in e.g. Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Languages: Strong communication skills in English
Skills:
- Strong knowledge in formulation, pharmaceutical technology/processing and/or physicochemical properties / pharmaceutical material sciences (e.g. powder characterization) is regarded as an asset
- Hands-on experience and motivation to work in a laboratory environment is required
- You have a scientific and creative mindset, constantly eager to expand your knowledge and establish new formulation and process technologies
- Organizational skills, including planning and execution of laboratory work (process and characterization)
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in an international environment, strong communication and collaboration skills are regarded as the basis
- While you are a strong team player and role-model in collaboration, the ability to work independently will be valued.
