As a Lead Consultant in our Integrations & Separations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing business transformation strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Novartis, you will develop and implement plans for Post-merger Integrations and Separations.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Harness your exceptional project management expertise to drive optimal efficiency and effectiveness throughout the Integration & Separation process. You will play a key role in maximizing deal value, meticulously identifying potential risks and challenges, and proactively designing contingency plans.

  • Foster enduring trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external. You will collaborate zealously with project partners to align efforts towards the achievement of shared goals.

  • Provide active support to the BTS leadership team, contributing to the development of compelling proposals and seeking out opportunities to expand our Integrations | Separations management consulting solutions. Your intrinsic involvement in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives, including critical undertakings, team learning and culture, and capability and methodology development, will be pivotal.

  • Unfailingly maintain a "Can do" attitude in all interactions and dutifully address internal customers' requests, ensuring their needs are met with utmost dedication and professionalism.

Essential Requirements:

  • 15+ years of work experience in Management Consulting, with a focus on M&A Post-merger Integrations and Separations (or Transformations) in Pharma & Biosciences, Technology, Financial Services, or Manufacturing industries.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret business data to propose informed decisions.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills, with experience working collaboratively with C-level stakeholders.

  • Proven project management skills and a demonstrated track record of successfully leading diverse teams and delivering projects on time.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English, fluency in another language is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required by the role.
