Polna odgovornost za prihodke iz poslovanja znotraj države. Responsible for encompasing the following elements: 1) Holding the role of Site Finance Head of one plant within the country, and 2) Leading country projects and processes, e.g., responsibility for talent agenda. They take full responsibility for Operating Income within the assigned country.

About the Role

Glavne odgovornosti:  

  • Odgovornost za strateška poslovna partnerstva na ravni države, sodelovanje z direktorji proizvodnih lokacij in vodstvom. Deluje kot mentor in t.i. “coach” odgovornim vodjem financ lokacij z namenom zagotavljanja učinkovitih poslovnih partnerstev. Predstavljanje področja financ kot ključnega partnerja za doseganje poslovnih ciljev ter povečanje poslovne uspešnosti. Prispevanje k strategiji države in nudenje podpore pri odločanju na način, da so izkoriščene sinergije med proizvodnimi lokacijami.

  • Nadzor nad prihodki iz poslovanja: upravljanje in prevzemanje polne odgovornosti za prihodke iz poslovanja na nivoju države. Sodelovanje z vodji financ lokacij z namenom kohezije finančnih strategij ter uskladitve s cilji organizacije. Analiziranje finančne uspešnosti; opredeljevanje področij za izboljšavo ter izvedba strategij za povečanje prihodkov iz poslovanja.

  • Vzpostavitev finančne funkcije kot ključnega partnerja pri doseganju ciljev in doprinos k uspešnosti.

  • Posvetovanje z vodji financ lokacij ter vodji na ravni platforme na področju poslovnih primerov ("business case") ter podpora pri odločanju, npr. odločanje o lastni proizvodnji / nakupu, optimizacije proizvodnih planov idr.

  • Doprinos k strategiji TechOps v državi, usklajeno s platformo in globalom.

  • Vodenje strateških projektov (vključno s področjema infraparka in logistike) ter zagotavljanje vodenja vodjem financ lokacij na način, da se kar najbolj izkoristijo sinergije med proizvodnimi lokacijami.

  • Odgovornost za področje podatkov in digitalizacije na ravni države; npr. harmonizacija poročanja, doprinos k poenostavitvi ter standardizaciji procesov. Doprinos k avtomatizaciji in vključevanju umetne inteligence (AI) v poročanje in kazalnike uspešnosti.

  • Upravljanje s stroški in nabava: optimizacija zunanje porabe preko učinkovitih strategij upravljanja stroškov. Sodelovanje s timi nabave z namenom zmogljivih ter stroškovno učinkovitih procesov.

  • Zagotavljanje skladnosti z internimi kontrolami na ravni države ter sodelovanje pri odgovornosti za področje zalog za Slovenijo.

  • Odgovornost za osebni in strokovni razvoj ter razvoj sodelavcev ter zastopanje vizije podjetja, vrednot in skrb za dobre medsebojne odnose s poslovnimi partnerji.

Kaj pričakujemo:

  • Univerzitetna stopnja izobrazbe ekonomske, finančne ali poslovne smeri. Zaželen MBA.

  • Odlično ustno in pisno sporazumevanje v angleškem jeziku.

  • Zaželeno znanje slovenskega jezika.

  • Poznavanje MS Office.

  • Bogate dolgoletne izkušenje na primerljivih področjih.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Accountable for strategic business partnering within the country, collaborating with Site Heads and Country Heads. Coach and mentor responsible Finance Site Heads to ensure effective strategic business partnerships, establishing Finance as a crucial partner for delivering outcomes and driving value, contributing to country strategy, and providing decision support thus ensuring that synergies across sites are fully utilized.

  • Operating Income Oversight: Manage and take full responsibility for Operating Income within the assigned country. Collaborate with site finance heads to ensure cohesive financial strategies and alignment with organizational goals. Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance operating income.

  • Establishing Finance as a crucial partner for delivering outcomes and driving value in the country.

  • They are consulted by Finance Site Heads and Platfom Heads for business cases & decision support, e.g. make or buy decisions, production plan optimization, etc.

  • Contribute to the TechOps strategy in the country, ensuring they are well aligned with the platform and global.

  • Lead strategic projects (including Infrapark and Logistics) and provide guidance to site finance heads thus ensuring that synergies across sites in the country are fully exhausted.

  • Accountability for data & digital in the country, e.g. reporting harmonization, double down on simplification, standardizing of processes. Continue automating, and incorporating more AI into reporting and KPIs .

  • Cost Management and Procurement: They optimize external spend through effective cost management strategies and collaborate with procurement teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls within the country, as well as co-own inventory responsibilities in Slovenia

  • Responsibility for personal and professional development and the development of the associates, as well as communicate company vision and values; establish and manage good relationships with business partners.

Essential Requirements:

  • University diploma in economics, finance or business field. MBA preferrable.

  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Slovene language preferred.

  • Knowledge of MS Office.

  • Substantial and extensive years of experience in similar business areas.
