Summary

Location: Hyderabad. As a key member of the Product Enablement team within Customer Engagement Platforms, this role will be accountable for the design, standardisation, scaling and governance of all test related activities across our portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring our products get to patients in an efficient manner with the highest quality with the appropriate risk.

About the Role

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Understand in detail our testing ways of working including IT System Lifecycle and IT System Testing SOP’s

  • Understand in detail our testing tools (Tosca, Proton, Saucelabs, Percy etc) and workflows to successfully enable testing teams across the portfolio

  • Act as a SPOC for all CEP partners, internal and external regarding same SOP’s and tools above

  • Guide all test leads in the development of standard test strategies and plans

  • Govern the standard execution of each test phase (unit, system, integration, functional, regression, acceptance etc.) per product/project/program

  • Continuously review and improve all test related practices within CEP and broader teams such as Test Factory and scale accordingly

  • Ensure all test related work are created in a timely manner, in the correct format (e.g confluence) to quality in line with strategy and approach

  • Engage all test management customers ensuring ongoing alignment to strategy and execution standards

  • Collaborate with peers globally in scaling test teams, processes and standards

  • Maintain alignment with CoE management in terms of strategy, process and tooling

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in business/technical domains

  • Test related certification in ISTQB would be beneficial

  • solid understanding of GAMP, CSV, CSA approaches

  • > 10 years of relevant professional IT experience in the related functional area

  • Proven experience in Salesforce/Mulesoft/AWS

  • Previous experience in Pharma/Life Sciences

  • Knowledge of agile based test approachs incluging “shift left”

  • Senior customer management
