Summary
About the Role
Major accountabilities: Your responsibilities include but are not limited to
Project cost controllership (approx. 50% effort)
UBM cost management
Resource cost management
Contract Management (Project and Operations)
Creating JIRA projects as per the Novartis SOP defined for GxP and Non-GxP process
Driving Scrum Master role for multiple teams, creating backlog, generating management / sprint-update reports as per the key strategies defined
Managing Scrum ceremony and Scrum-of-Scrum meetings with all dependency management and successful execution of project as per timelines
Driving Project management & project portfolio activities with project charter & risk management
Working with SI Partners for resources contract renewal with optimized resources for projects
Ensuring the renewal of s/w licenses contract as per the procurement guidelines
Minimum Requirements:
~12 years’ IT or Pharma experience as Scrum Master / Project management
Experience in Health Science working on GxP projects
Experience in Big Data / Cloud based Project Management
Project Cost management experience
Scrum Master experience on Cloud & Big data Agile projects
JIRA and X-ray Testing tool for test automation
Confluence for documentation
