About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Uvajanje in implementiranje Opex strategij za lokacijo proizvodnje.
- Koordinacija merjenja poslovne uspešnosti in opredeljevanje priložnosti za izboljšave na proizvodni lokaciji,
- Vodenje projektov za izboljšave proizvodnih in poslovnih procesov, pregled nad implementacijo najboljših praks in standardov, podpora pri izvedbi izobraževanj s področja operativne odličnosti,
- Podpora pri razvoju kazalnikov uspešnosti (KPI)
- Vodenje in nudenje podpore ocenjevanju zrelosti poslovne odličnosti (OpEx) na lokaciji,
- Vodenje in skrb za pobude za izboljšanje uspešnosti preko uvedbe najboljših praks ter s strogim pristopom k standardizaciji,
- Analiziranje pretočnega časa za ključne izdelke in vodenje aktivnosti za njegovo izboljšanje
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
- Univerzitetna izobrazba s tehničnega področja ali poslovnega področja ali znanosti ali medicine
- Minimalno 6 let delovnih izkušenj s področja upravljanja na področju proizvodnje ali tehničnih dejavnosti.
- Poznavanje OpEx,
- Izkušnje z upravljanjem velikih baz podatkov,
- Izkušnje z vodenjem projektov.
Zaželene izkušnje:
- Poznavanje finančnega področja je prednost
Z izbranim kandidatom bomo sklenili delovno razmerje za nedoločen čas s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and implementing Opex strategy for the manufacturing site
- Coordinating the measurement of business performance, identifying improvement opportunities at the manufacturing location
- Leading projects to improve manufacturing and business processes, overseeing the implementation of best practices and standards, assisting in the execution of operational excellence training
- Providing support for the development of KPIs
- Leading and providing support for the assessment of business excellence maturity (OpEx) at the location.
- Coordinating activities and providing inputs for long term demand capacity planning, analyzing the outcome and preparing the action plan in cooperation with global functions
- Driving initiatives to manage inventory levels and warehouse occupancy within acceptable targets
Essential Requirements:
- Significant experience in manufacturing field
- Familiarity with the OpEx, belt certification would be an advantage
- Experience with work with large amounts of data
- Experience in project management
Desirable Requirements:
- Financial background would be an asset
