About the Role
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to
Oversee architectural activities for a specific business or technology domain, or architectural practice area, or manage the development of solution architectures for projects or programs within a business area.
Define standards and direction of architecture in the specific business or technical domain.
Define and develop the logical design and information management strategies necessary to store, move and manage data in a new target state.
Utilize architecture patterns to suggest the most adequate utilization of technical platforms in support of the holistic solution architecture design.
Define, create and evolve the Architecture Governance Framework ( e.g. architecture methods, practices and standards ) for IT.
Understand and advocate the principles of business and IT strategies, Be prepared to sell the Architecture process, its outcome and ongoing results, and to lead the communication, marketing or educational activities needed to ensure Enterprise Architecture success and use.
Cross Domain, Platform & Technology Integration Architect must have fundamental skills of Enterprise Architect to designs company’s IT structure to align with its business processes. Key duties include integrating IT systems, creating architecture models, and suggesting improvements. They collaborate with stakeholders, monitor teamwork, and test software programs. In addition to that, following are special expectation to eligible working cross domain, platform and technologies.
Collaborate with the domain and enterprise architects’ community for software, infrastructure, and integration strategy synergy.
Guide LDC release team (CORE, Adopt and Technical delivery) implementing architecture.
Ensure LDC technology standard documents and architecture principles are up to date.
Collaborating with employees across the organization to understand their technology and data needs and developing solutions that meet these requirements.
Should be able to understand the intricate relationships between IT components and business processes to provide natural architectural solution, decision.
Should be capable to focus on cross systems analysis, gathering and evaluating data to make informed decisions.
Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, management, and SMEs are essential.
Develop road maps describing the evolution for the functional Domain of all enterprise solution portfolios from current state to future state. Incorporate digital and data technology directions into solution architecture design.
Develop and communicate the various architecture viewpoints (Application, information,…) of the future state architecture for the Functional Domain. Take accountability to ensure alignment with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within solution architecture for cross domain scope.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Relevant degrees (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Certifications: TOGAF, ITIL, SRA, AWS, CCNA, CCIE, etc.
15+ years demonstrated ability performing architecture design, end to end solution delivery, implementing IT process improvement.
Experience designing solution architecture for cross domain, platform, technologies and applications with Integrations to SAP
Experience in working in projects that are using Agile and DevOps best practices
Effectively work independently and in a collaborative virtual team environment
Analyze the current state of the company's technology, processes, and services to identify areas of improvement and create a plan for future development
Proficient written and oral presentation skills and the ability to present to small/large audiences
