Your expertise in quality and compliance ensures that every supplier meets the highest standards for our medicines. You’ll drive supplier oversight, support inspections, guide documentation, and uphold strong GxP practices. By collaborating with cross‑functional teams and influencing key quality decisions, you’ll help keep our supply chain reliable and audit‑ready.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and compliance oversight across all supplier-related activities and materials.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert during customer and Health Authority inspections.
- Assess supplier-related quality issues and initiate appropriate quality actions.
- Approve QA agreements, risk assessments, monitoring data, and certification reports.
- Author SOPs supporting supplier quality management processes.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supplier quality standards.
- Perform GAP assessments to implement and maintain global standards and GMP compliance.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in Quality Assurance, supplier quality, compliance, or other regulated quality environments.
- Proven ability to manage supplier-related quality processes and quality documentation.
- Experience preparing for and participating in customer and authority inspections.
- Strong decision-making skills, especially when handling complex quality issues.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a structured working approach.
- Fluency in German and English.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €64.023,54/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
