Cooperative Study Program (with DHWB University)

Have you always wondered how to seamlessly transition from academic studies to a thriving career? We offer a cooperative study program for students who are pursuing their Bachelor of Arts degree. This unique rotation program alternates between three months of theoretical learning at the university and three months of practical experience within our company.

Marketing Leadership Development Program (LDP)

Successfully completed our summer internship? Then you could join our Leadership Development Program (LDP). This program offers dynamic rotations in areas like Marketing Operations, Data, Insights & Analytics, Customer Experience Planning, Marketing Technology, and Marketing Strategy. Over the next two to three years, you'll deep dive into impactful projects and gain invaluable customer-facing experience. It's a fantastic way to broaden your skills, explore different facets of the business, and kick-start your career journey.
