About the Role
Location: Schaftenau, Austria; Istanbul Kurtköy, Turkey; Hyderabad, India #Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and Lead Digitalization Projects (e.g. Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) ...)
• Assisting users in Drug Product Manufacturing with the operation of other computerized systems in production
• Support and Lead of Site IT relevant projects (e.g. MSI-Interface,
• Alignment with external Suppliers / Stakeholders in regards of Business / Site requirements
• Development and Execution of internal Projects and Stakeholders (e.g. Harmonization of Processes between DP1 & DP2, further rollout of established systems (e.g. MES,....)
• Execution of IQ/OQ/PQ ... Testing, Documentation, Compliance
• Initiation and Evaluation including Coordination; Change and CAPA Management (Agile Changes)
Essential Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a comparable field
• Languages: Fluent in German (both written and spoken), Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience: Strong technical understanding, good understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), ideally several years of experience in the IT and/or automation engineering field, knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, knowledge of pharmaceutical processes
• Competencies: Ability for conceptual and analytical thinking, teamwork, dynamism, and self-confidence in professional interactions

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development options as well as worldwide career opportunities within the Novartis group. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 60.212,18/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
