Summary

Lead PDU Specialty Team (Parenteral and Sterile Dosage Forms) in Hyderabad India. Contribute as operational manager for specialty team to meet unit deliverables and to support the cultural evaluation and change management process. Ensuring Early-Phase and Late-Phase project deliverables are met and appropriately resourced, including through alignment with project and line function stakeholders.

About the Role

Minimum Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in scientific or relevant discipline (Master or equivalent) Desirable: Ph.D. in scientific or relevant discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience (in a drug product development field of Parenteral, Sterile and Topical); minimum of 5 years in a project or network leadership or people management position with successful performance and track record or line/people manager in TRD, or a related industrial area (e.g. PHAD, NTO)
  • Good understanding of DP development.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex interfaces to other functions (e.g. ARD, NTO, RA-CMC, QA).
  • Interdisciplinary thinking and interest in collaboration with other functions.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant GxP regulations and policies.
  • Proven track record to work in and/or lead interdisciplinary and/or cross-cultural teams across geographies.
