About the Role
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Support Macbook end points from macOS infrastructure for end user issues
Support the provisioning process of macOS infrastructure using Jamf Cloud and InTune
Creating documentation for certifying applications and OS versions
Review and implement relevant policies, configurations and extensions in Jamf/Intune. Security and performance as part of the BAU
Review and keep CIS benchmarks in line with the security requirements
Maintain the documentation as part of life cycle of Mac service

What you’ll bring to the role:
macOS Client Platform Engineer with at least 8+ years of experience, who is passionate about solving complex business challenges, to design and deploy scalable, secure solutions in the Apple Mac technology.
5+ years of experience supporting macOS infrastructure, Jamf Cloud, Intune, Jamf Connect, Zero Touch provisioning with ADE and other tools for automation for provisioning, monitoring, and managing the environment.
Good experience in scripting with Bash / Python / Apple script. Experience in Application packaging and Patch management, also as endpoint security, device hardening/CIS benchmarks
Good knowledge on Azure AD, Office 365, Security tools like DLP, Qualys, Forescout
Strong experience in Infrastructure engineering related to Unified Endpoint Management. Certification in Jamf Pro & Apple are desirable.
