Summary

To provide support & run activities related to the efficient operation of business processes in the Entresto Marketing team with wider support to the CRM Marketing team in UK.

About the Role

Location:
London Office with Hybrid working (12 days per month in the office). This role is based in London, UK. Novartis is unable to offer relocation or visa support for this role: please only apply if this location is accessible for you and you have the right to work in the UK.


Key responsibilities:

  • Development and delivery of specific projects that will achieve overall brand objectives, such as the organisation and management of congresses.  Development of marketing materials
  • General administrative support: takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes also in case of absence of the line manager/team members.
  • Interaction: Informs, advises and supports the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department.
  • Work processes in own area of responsibility: Supports optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes.
  • Handling of administrative projects tasks with clearly defined content and time limitations. Acts as a team member for administrative projects & manages the administrative part of special tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Manage documents through the FUSE process and ensure compliance with relevant SOP process steps and liaising with agencies.
  • Contract management support regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, agencies and other third parties, including putting in place confidentiality agreements.
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed in line with Novartis compliance requirements.
  • Managing processes relating to disclosure of payments to HCPs etc. as required
  • Being a champion for communications- ensuring structured communications and timely responses /support for the field team (KAMs)

Role Requirements :
• Working experience within marketing in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical skills
• Market Knowledge is desirable.
• Familiar with Novartis structures and working practices
• Experience of effectively collaborating cross functionally
• Demonstrated Proactive thinking and Resilience
• Ability to make timely decisions
• Strong communicator verbally and in writing
• Degree level education ideally with a science related degree
