Summary
RNA therapeutics have emerged as a powerful platform for the treatment of various diseases. The xRNA group works collaboratively with Disease Area groups to optimize siRNA drugs and extend their use to more therapeutic targets. This Postgraduate will support the structure-activity-relationship investigations of siRNA conjugates, contributing to the development of novel extrahepatic siRNA therapeutics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cell culture, compound analytics, and molecular biology techniques.
Preferred start date: April
Duration: 12 months
Location: Campus Basel
