About the Role
Key responsibilities:
- Translate Business Planning and Analysis goals into actionable plans for the commercial organization.
- Partner with managers to support financial activities, decision making, and high-impact projects.
- Deliver accurate, compliant, timely analysis and performance reporting that informs leadership decisions.
- Monitor business performance and provide early warnings to guide resource reallocation.
- Safeguard data integrity and recommend actions to improve forecast accuracy.
- Streamline management reporting and implement lean, efficient processes across the commercial teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain for timely insights.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong capability to lead indirectly and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate insights effectively.
