Summary
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives.
- Alternatively, may support the provision of services that contribute to managing the enterprise IT project portfolio, including development and implementation of project management standards and training, portfolio reporting and analytics, project management resourcing services, etc.
Key performance indicators:
- Projects are effectively managed, enabling them to be on time, to budget and to the expected quality level.
- Customer satisfaction .
- Adherence to applicable Security and Compliance policies and controls; defined project management methodologies, tools, and practices; and to delivery processes for IT projects.
- Successful deployments, measured by project KPI’s.
- Benefits delivered by portfolio ($, risk mitigation, technology innovation, value added).
Minimum Requirements:
