Sr. Business Analyst - US & Americas

Key Responsibilities 

• Partner with business stakeholders across the Americas to identify opportunities and deliver digital transformation initiatives. 

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, processes, and functional specifications. 

• Lead or coordinate project workstreams, ensuring delivery meets scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations. 

• Support implementation and adoption of Commercial, Medical, Customer Engagement, Data and Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence solutions. 

• Serve as the link between business users, product teams, vendors, and technical experts. 

• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, testing activities, user training, and change management initiatives. 

• Map current and future business processes to drive simplification, automation, and standardization. 

• Support portfolio governance, budget tracking, executive reporting, and project status communications. 

• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes. 

• Ensure solutions comply with Novartis quality standards, security requirements, policies, and regulatory expectations. 

Essential Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, product delivery, or business partnering roles. 

• Experience supporting Commercial, Medical, Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement, or digital transformation initiatives. 

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions and business outcomes. 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior business and technical audiences. 

• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments in cross-functional, multinational teams. 

Desirable Requirements 

• Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. 

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Veeva Customer Relationship Management, Data and Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
