Summary
About the Role
Key responsibilities:
- Perform the review of Transactional Procurement Controls (Key and Non-Key) for specific countries based in Europe, APAC & Middle East as per the Global Work Instructions
- Working closely with the Country SPOC / Business Partners / Country Procurement Team towards obtaining the evidence on the deviations being worked upon
- Execute the Controls as per the set control frequency and comply with the review requirements
- Collaborate with internal / external audit teams towards control closure and evidence documents for audit requirements
- Generate source reports required for execution of controls and support regional NOCCs with the specific control global reports
- Responsible for owning the controls and other activities for the assigned countries
- Perform periodic review of local supplemental information for the country and partner with Control Owner/SME on the observations identified
- Perform annual controls scoping activity by closely collaborating with the Country SPOC/Business Partners
- Support the team in the controls transition and additional activities for process improvement
Essential Requirement:
- 3-4 years experience
- Graduation
- Operations Management and Control Execution.
Desirable Requirements:
- Additional Project Management training, a certification/designation desirable
- Lean / Six Sigma Certified preferred
