About the Role:
Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles. Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills. Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) & understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
- Should be able to conduct PI planning, lead SCRUM ceremonies.
- Partner with associates and stakeholders to deeply understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data strategies and solutions.
- Lead activities for payer, access, and reimbursement analytics, supporting product launches and lifecycle management.
Essential Requirements:
- SCRUM Master + SAFe Certification with 8+ Yrs of experience.
- Should be well versed with SCRUM & KANBAN, SAFe framework.
- Work in SoSM model with multiple functional, IT & Business domain teams delivering on Data Management & Migration Programs.
- Work along with PMO team in maintaining the Program- Governance, KPI & Reporting.
- Maintain Risk & Dependencies. Should be able to priorities activities based on PO/Delivery team ask.
- Hands-on with JIRA tool for maintaining SCRUM board - Epics, User stories, Task. Define Risk,
- Dependencies & Xray Test. Should be able to develop Dashboard & Reports on JIRA for project reporting & status - JQL knowledge.
- Create & Maintain Confluence Pages for Program Artifacts. Ensure tight governance of documentation on Confluence for program.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Work experience in Market Access, Payer, and Channel strategy is highly desired.
- Strong data enablement background will be good.
- Agility and adaptability in managing changing priorities.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Customer insights and experience.
- Experience in Patient Services, Market Access, Payer and Channel strategy will be good to have.
