About the Role:
Deliver functional expertise as a thought leader in PA function / sub-function to drive functional excellence and collaborate with CONEXTS clients to support / execute priority functional initiatives and innovative projects.
Provide functional leadership including trainings on latest functional areas in industry for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Head-V&A for driving functional excellence in the assigned businesses, leading functional initiatives and business development in the assigned areas
- Drive initiatives and projects towards creating scientific and functional excellence (across PMA / HE&OR / EM service deliverables to support the business)
- Provide functional excellence trainings on latest functional areas in industry to client groups
- Accountable for overall functional accuracy and delivery of the service deliverable/s
- Ensures output of PA deliverables at highest quality, adhering to timeliness & quality standards
- Effectively liaise with different clients / stakeholders to align and prioritize projects/activities, and ensure targets/timelines are met
- Effectively network with other Hyderabad functions, as well as any relevant regions/CPOs [Country Pharma Organization] working in the same therapy area or brands to find synergies and enhance quality
- Accountable to optimize process and also ensure adherence to processes/guidelines/SOPs and support inspection and audit readiness of all relevant documents for her/his assigned functions
- Monitors and tracks deliverables and KPIs
- Recommends potential solutions and manages escalations
- Ensures efficient communication with clients / stakeholders and continuously monitor to ensure better client experience
- Support the maintenance of the knowledge management in functional domain for indication/brand and identify areas for deeper insight
- Work with Head- V&A for developing senior associates (development/training plans, coaching & mentoring) and also building the functional talent pipeline for assigned businesses
- Contribute to building the V&A culture across site (make presentations and hold training sessions to spread the awareness on V&A)
- Comply with and support group’s project management tool, standards and policies
- Maintains audit, SOP and training compliance
- Create training materials and conduct trainings as part of functional skill enhancement initiatives
Essential Requirements:
- Graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in relevant discipline (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management)
- Pharmaceutical domain knowledge
- MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point)
- 10-12 years conducting PA (PMA / HEOR / EM) research / activities for pharmaceutical products in pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related discipline within the pharma industry (e.g. clinical research, statistics, epidemiology, pricing analytics)
- Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independently
- Proven leadership (people management and project management)
