Sailing Marketing Trainee Program

Sailing Marketing Trainee Program aims to develop future marketing talents by recruiting hi-potential talents and accelerating their growth by purposeful 3 cross-functional rotations in Marketing, Field Force & Others and learnings.

Program duration: 2 years

Recruitment period: from Oct. to Dec.

Main qualification and requirements:

  • Background: Top universities graduates with 0-2 years working experience with health, chemistry, biology and marketing related background is preferred.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Business acumen and international vision paired with good learning agility, self-motivation, good collaboration and communication skills, culture fit.

Sailing Marketing Leadership Trainee Program

Sailing Marketing Leadership Trainee Program targets MBA graduates and aims to cultivate future marketing leaders. It provides comprehensive learning resources and cross-functional customized rotations, including but not limited to Marketing, Field Force, Marketing Excellence, to accelerate their development.

Program duration: 2 years

Recruitment period: from Q4 to Q1 next year

Main qualification and requirements:

  • Background: MBA graduates or previous alumni with at least 5 years health, FMCG and consulting related working experience.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Translational Clinical Oncology (TCO) Program

The Translational Clinical Oncology (TCO) Program is a global, science-focused group working under the Novartis research umbrella: the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR). Within this program, you will work hand in hand with experienced scientists and clinicians of TCO who are primarily responsible for the design and conduct of early-stage clinical trials in cancer patients. These studies investigate and define the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) and initial efficacy of small molecules, biologicals or cell-based therapies in oncology.
