Summary

As Vendor Operations & Transitions Senior Expert you will support the Global Lead for Vendor Operations & Transitions and executing vendor relationships, work transitions, and supporting the successful execution of the outsourcing strategy within the People Life Cycle (PLC) function. This role is crucial in helping coordinate tasks and activities within the People Life Cycle (PLC) and with external vendors, ensuring vendor service delivery & transition runs smoothly and aligns with the overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Transition & Project Support: 

  • Support in coordinating work transitions both within People Life Cycle  (PLC) and between People Life Cycle (PLC) and partners/vendors.
  • Assist in defining transition activities, roles, and responsibilities, and ensure smooth project tracking and implementation.
  • Support the team in monitoring transition progress, addressing any issues, and ensuring timely transition/project completion based on strategic needs and service requirements.

PLC Operations & Vendor Support

  • Facilitate seamless communication & partnership between PLC operations & vendor for transition & BAU.
  • Support Vendor ops team while working with Country Partners and managers to deliver outsourced services effectively.
  • Support in resolving service issues, providing operational data insight for conducting regular vendor service audits and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance and business continuity.

Stakeholder Engagement Support: 

  • Support in creating & providing regular updates to stakeholders within PLC, PS&S, and other partner functions on vendor operations and transitions.
  • Collaborate and maintain good relationships with stakeholders while working closely with global teams.

Essential Requirements:

Experience: Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, vendor management, or related fields.

Education and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Languages: Excellent English spoken and written. Fluency in an additional regional language is an added advantage.

Skills: Vendor Operations, Transition Management, Operational Acumen, Quality ,Audit and Compliance, Stakeholder engagement.
