About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead alliance governance and ensure compliance with contractual commitments across cross-functional teams
- Support evaluation and execution of business development and licensing opportunities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance portfolio value
- Drive implementation of marketing plans aligned with brand and market strategy
- Provide financial modeling and insights to support long-term portfolio planning
- Contribute to scenario planning and investment prioritization
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of initiatives
- Monitor and report on performance of portfolio brands and alliance activities
- Assist in risk assessment and development of business cases for partnerships
- Ensure timely reporting of technical complaints and adverse events
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Proven experience in portfolio management, business development, or alliance management
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in a matrix environment
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Financial acumen with experience in modeling and strategic planning
- Ability to influence without authority and align diverse teams
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
