About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver IT/OT solutions that meet business needs and quality standards.
- Implement and integrate IT/OT systems across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Ensure solutions comply with GxP, security, and scalability requirements.
- Provide operational support for global IT/OT solutions at manufacturing locations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance systems and processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Execute projects within defined lifecycle, budget, and compliance guidelines.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering global automation solutions in manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies and platforms such as SCADA, Historian, and MES.
- Familiarity with industry communication standards and protocols like OPC and MQTT.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and process workflows.
- Experience working in regulated environments with GxP compliance.
- Ability to leverage digital technologies and big data for process optimization.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with advanced analytics or machine learning applications in manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and integration of IT/OT systems.
