About the Role
2x Patient Reach, 2x Faster! This is the vision of our newly established IMI China.
· Work closely with Digital Business Partners and commercial team stakeholders to drive key digital activities’ operational excellence, including but not limited to: innovative insurance programs, virtual rep, and other innovative pilots.
· Key responsibilities start from planning phase where Digital Operational Excellence will need to work with Digital BP and activity/project owners to define the right KPI and lead the discussion with external service provider or IT team of what and how the required data will be collected, so as to make sure both operational performance and business impact can be tracked and evaluated through-out the journey.
· During the implementation, Digital Operational Excellence will ongoing check KPI achievement and call Digital BP and activity/project owners for optimization to achieve best effectiveness and efficiency.
· Digital Operational Excellence will also be responsible for driving the insight generation from data collected in the digital activities, to better understand our customer, or to support optimization planning.
· Key internal stakeholders included Digital BP, Brand Marketing, IT, Advance Analytics, Data Privacy and Compliance.
This role will act as personal contributor while open and transparent team collaboration spirit is highly expected.

Role Requirements
Key Experience & Success Profile:
· 5+ years of experiences as digital product manager or business analyst, experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or medical related industry is a plus
· End to end digital solution/platform/project lead & management experience is a must
· Familiar with major analytics and BI tools, skills in Python or R is a plus
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong team collaboration spirit and time management
