Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional to help us reach our ambitious goals. As the Associate Director of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for detailed scheduling of resources – time, people, materials, and equipment - to meet production requirements for therapeutic commercial products and clinical studies. In addition to leading the Supply Chain function at the site, inventory management to achieve operational excellence in the short-term and capacity requirement planning for the mid-term will be crucial. You will play a critical role in ensuring the site delivers vital radioligand therapies to our patients. This role reports directly into the Site Head and will be part of the Senior Leadership Team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and ensure development of the site Supply Chain team. 
  • Manage and continuously improve performance in Supply Chain KPIs from procurement to delivery. Ensure Supply Chain excellence.
  • Create supply plans which incorporate the production plan and logistics plan. Ensure production plans are accurately reflected in all systems.
  • Optimize deployment of inventory to achieve target Customer Service levels.  Own the supply risk management process for the site. 
  • Ensures optimization of the logistic platform including warehousing (internal and external), distribution, and transportation.
  • Manage the development, negotiation and implementation of contract agreements with suppliers and, where applicable, in collaboration with Global Procurement.
  • Responsible for Supply Chain budget and expenses.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Nuclear Medicine Technologist or relevant field
  • 7 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry including prior Supply Chain experience 
  • Highly organized with strong orientation process / project management orientation 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong personal ethics and responsibility to purpose

Desirable Requirements:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Prior experience in or knowledge of Nuclear Medicine industry
  • APICS certification or equivalent
