About the Role
Role Title: BS/Sol. Delivery
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adoption of enterprise data management and enable data streams
- Ensure alignment to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
- Delivery on agreed important metrics including business impact .
- Launch of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale.
- Business impact and value generated from IT solutions .
- Adoption and development of Agile, Productization and DevOps practices.
- Operations stability and effective risk management.
Essential Requirements:
Education:
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business or similar OR relevant experience
Experience
- 5 – 7 years of experience in Enterprise Data Management implementation
- Industry/ Business Exposure to Master Data Management implementation
- Shown ability to Develop trust-based relationships with key regional.
- Stakeholders management
