Summary

As an exciting time for a growing organization, we are looking for a QC Team Lead to support the release and stability testing of Drug Substances and Drug Products.

About the Role

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Establishment of a new QC laboratory for bioassay testing including support for conversion of existing lab space, purchasing/ qualification of laboratory equipment, and analytical method transfer as well as building up of a QC team and set-up of laboratory processes

• Ensure QC activities are executed according to cGxP standards

• Ensure compliance of analytical laboratory operations according to applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines

• Ensure compliance of products with specifications and with corporate, health authority, and customer requirements

• Ensure on-time testing of samples and QC Release of Batches according to defined timelines

• Ensure training according to cGxP requirements

• Collaboration in GxP audits/inspections

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in QA/QC/AS&T/Production within Pharmaceutical industry

• Fluent English and German

• People leadership experience

• Operational and Project excellence

• Stakeholder Engagement

 

Desirable requirements:

• Knowledge of IT Applications & tools

• Experience in quality control and laboratory excellence 

• Experience in resource planning (personal, equipment, costs)

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €64.023,61 /year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary may be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
