About the Role

Senior Specialist – Digital Workplace Experience – DD&IT

 

Senior Specialist for IT End User Change and Communications is responsible for simplifying, streamlining, and managing all IT end user communications. This role focuses on ensuring effective communication, driving user adoption, and managing change processes to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

Simplify and Streamline User Communications:

·       Simplify, streamline, and manage all IT end user communications to ensure clarity and effectiveness.

·       Develop and implement strategies to enhance communication processes and user engagement.

 

IT Status Updates Page Management:

·       Onboard all applications onto the IT Status page.

·       Set up and manage the day-to-day functions of the IT Status page.

·       Ensure timely and accurate incident communications through the IT Status page.

 

Communication for New Releases and Action Required:

·       Develop clear, precise, and effective end user communication for new releases and required actions.

·       Ensure communications are available in all relevant languages to reach a diverse user base.

 

Chatbot Broadcast Management:

·       Manage end user Mobi broadcasts to ensure timely and relevant updates.

·       Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver critical information through Mobi broadcasts.

 

Engagement with Change Leads:

·       Maintain continuous engagement with Country/Business Change Leads.

·       Collaborate with Change Leads to ensure alignment and consistency in communication and change management efforts.

 

IT Change Process Management:

·       Oversee the IT change process, including change evaluation, user testing and validation, impact assessment, communication, and support training materials.

·       Ensure all aspects of the change process are communicated effectively to end users.

 

Drive Change and Adoption:

·       Lead initiatives to drive change and adoption of specific programs.

·       Develop and implement strategies to promote user adoption and minimize resistance to change.

 

Skills Required:

·       8+ years of proficiency in change management and service onboarding lifecycle.

·       Experience in necessary preparations, communications, risk management, and adoption planning.

·       Good project management skills are a plus.

·       Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, IT teams, and end-users.

·       Familiarity with enterprise technologies, tools, mobile devices, operating systems, and collaboration platforms.

·       Ability to demonstrate technology to enhance communication and change management processes.

·       Basic understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.

·       Ability to measure and analyze user experience post-change to inform continuous improvement.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing complex change schedules and documentation.
