About the Role
Major accountabilities:
monitoring and forecasting market trends and the competitive situation, providing analytics support to Novartis internal customers, and executing detailed and professional analytics and insights that enable business performance.
- You will also work closely with business and functional partners to build new tools, pilot new approaches, and enable the new capabilities needed for organizational success.
- To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in data analysis and insights generation, preferably in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools, data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik), and a solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices are essential.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modelling and machine learning, is also desirable.
- We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities are essential, as well as effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data management and database systems, as well as familiarity with data privacy and security regulations, is important.
- A continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving technology and business needs are also key attributes we seek.
