Summary

In this role, you will be managing and coordinating customer´s orders and communicating with customers as well as internally across departments. You will work in a team of 7 people and report to the Head of Supply Chain Management & Customer Service BeLux.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independent management of customer services activities (order management, complaints, returns , etc.) according to internal guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Proactive communication with customers and business partners- timely processing and response to inquiries; well-structured and solution-oriented communication.
  • Preparation of communication letters to customers in case of product launches, product withdrawal from the market, office closure...
  • Full back-up for RadioLigand Therapy Customer Service.
  • Coordination and maintenance of Customer Master Data.


Essential Requirements:

  • University degree, or similar with at least 2 years of work experience
  • Experience working with customer support
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, English is a plus
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organization skills
  • Collaborative mindset and problem solving skills with a high degree of flexibility

Skills Desired

Computer Systems including Microsoft Office, Continual Improvement Process, General HSE Knowledge, Including GDP, Master Data, Operations, Order Management, Product Distribution, SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain, Transportation, Administration.
