Summary
In this role as Business Analyst REFS, you will be a specialist for project delivery and operations. You will partner with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery. Drive operations of systems and applications in scope (both Global and Local), ensuring their stability and integrity and meeting customer service levels.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Support an IT Project Team Lead with regards to project management, project planning, vendor management.
- Deliver products according to strategy and with reusability.
- Ensure on time within budget compliant secure and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible service area.
- Ensure services solutions platforms and products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
- Specialize in IWMS solutions and fulfill business need for enhancements & process improvements.
- Launch of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven relevant industry/ business experience.
- Excellent project management and service delivery management skills.
- Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
- Experience with planning and risk management.
- Fluency in English.
