In this role as Business Analyst Protective Security REFS, you will be a Senior Specialist for project delivery and operations in Protective Security.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance policies and procedures. Closely collaborate with global security.
- Support business needs in REFS Protective Security by implementing, enhancing, and continuously improving the key applications landscape.
- Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact. Launch of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale.
- Adoption and development of agile, productization and DevOps practices.
- Managing operations stability and effective risk management.
- Providing feedback on customer experience.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven relevant industry/ business experience, ideally with IT background.
- Excellent project management and service delivery management skills.
- Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
- Experience with planning and risk management.
- Fluency in English.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with Honeywell products preferred.
- Background in Global / Protective Security preferred.
