Summary
As a Planning and Reporting BPA, DDIT FP&A, you will be responsible for the Business Planning & Analysis of global DDIT function. You will work closely with the DDIT Functions to on the yearly budgets, monthly forecasts of risks and opportunities and prepare the monthly business reviews of the functions. As part of the role, you should also drive change and innovation in day-to-day processes by providing streamlined and automated solutions where possible, to reach standardized, simple, and efficient processes across the DDIT Finance function.
About the Role
- Leads planning and analysis for global and complex IT environment, including but not limited to month-end closing, management reporting, budget and latest estimates, forecasting.
- Provides decision making analysis for optimized resource allocation.
- Provide management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support monthly business reviews and ad-hoc requests, and ensure timely and accurate gathering information
- Perform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities; make recommendations to mitigate these risks.
- Continually improve and streamline existing management reporting processes and support the definition and implementation of lean processes.
Essential Requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent experience (subject area with numerical and / or analytical content)
- Analytical Thinking and Financial Modeling and Technically savvy
- Strong communication skills: able to articulate the key findings and recommendations clearly to senior management team.
- Display high professionalism and can-do attitude in an executive fast paced setting
- Display high curiosity, with continuous learning / improvement approach
Desirable Requirements:
- Ability to influence key stakeholders; building effective business partnering
- Build and maintain excellent team rapport and critical thinking
- SAP and financial reporting using OLAP tool and expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Data cleansing/normalization/visualization.
- financial and management reporting, managing ambiguity, planning & analysis, process optimization and rapid problem solving
